Beautiful Bear is a big, sweet girl who has been with us for nearly 5 years.
She arrived from Romania a feral girl with zero trust of people, but she fell in love with Tiger and they were inseparable living on their hill until he suddenly passed away and poor Bear was left bereft.
It took a long time for her to move on and integrate herself back into the pack but she is now happy again and has lots of friends.
Over the years we have made some progress with Bear. She’s always pleased to see us and will let us tickle her under her chin for treats, shying away from anything more.
Last year she ruptured her cruciate ligaments one after the other with her surgeries costing several thousand pounds. She has just recovered and is back in the park after weeks of rest but it is unlikely she will ever be confident enough to leave here.
