Dogs 4 Rescue Online Shop: Refunds and Cancellations
As you know Grumpy Stu prides himself on a smooth-running shop and providing excellent customer service.
In the event that you change your mind, or if there is a problem with your order, please find details below on our online shop refunds and cancellation policy.
Your right to cancel your online order starts the moment you place it and 14 days from when it is delivered to your home, your nominated neighbour or safe place.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order that you have placed with us, please contact us at Dogs4rescue@live.co.uk.
Should you change your mind soon after placing the order, we kindly ask that you contact us within two hours of placing your order, to prevent the order from moving into the postage and packaging phase.
Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.
Please email us at Dogs4rescue@live.co.uk to notify us of your wish to cancel.
Once the item has been delivered, you then have 14 days to return it to us.
Bespoke orders such as those which are sent to our Digital Printers are not eligible for cancellation.
Once the order has been placed, these are immediately sent to our printing team.
We do try to help where we can, so if you have purchased a digital print, please notify us as soon as possible, to prevent this item from being sent to print.
In the instance when the item has been sent to print, you cannot cancel the order.
We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of your order.
Occasionally things do go missing in the post. If your item has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please email Dogs4Rescue@live.co.uk and we will check when it was dispatched and send out a replacement if required.
If there is likely to be a delay to your order, we aim to contact you via email within 24 hours of your order.
Once you have contacted us to request a return, it is your responsibility to return the item(s).
You must return the item(s) within 14 days of them being delivered.
If you do not return your item within that time frame, we will not arrange a refund.
We are sorry to hear that your item hasn’t arrived safely. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us at this email address within 48 hours of receiving the item, where our team will arrange for a replacement or refund of the goods: Dogs4rescue@live.co.uk.
If you could also send us images of your damaged item, that would be most helpful.
We are sorry to hear that your order is not complete. If you have received your order and something is missing, please email us within 48 hours at Dogs4Rescue@live.co.uk and we will check if your item is on its way.
In the event that it has been missed from the order, we will send a replacement where possible, or offer a full refund.
You are eligible for a refund if you provided us with written notice to cancel your order before your order has been dispatched.
Or, if you have provided us with written notice to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Before your refund can be processed, you must return any items in their original condition, unused – ideally in the original packaging. Any damage noticed on receipt of the item should be highlighted when requesting the return with our team.
We aim to dispatch our orders within three working days, so if you would like to cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We can then work to prevent this from being dispatched.

Any refunds given by us will be refunded back to the original payment method.
We cannot process a refund until the items you have requested for refund have been returned to us.
We are a very small team doing our best to provide good customer service whilst running a busy rescue.
Dogs 4 Rescue welcomes feedback on all aspects of our work. Such feedback provides us with an opportunity to learn and improve what we do and how we do it.
It also gives us an opportunity to put things right for anyone who has made a complaint or to respond to those who have complimented us.

For any complaints, we will do our best to rectify any problems within 48 hours of receipt.
If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we will escalate any complaint to Emma, the Founder of Dogs 4 Rescue, for a personal response.
Dogs 4 Rescue Subscriptions: Cancellation and Queries
Thank you for subscribing to help the dogs no one wants.
We value our supporters and aim act quickly should you wish to cancel a monthly subscription.
The terms and conditions noted below explain our policy on refunds and cancellations.
We ask that you email us as a first point of call as we are only a small team, but for urgent situations, you can also message our Facebook Page.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Please email the relevant address below and we will action this quickly.
In the unlikely event a payment processes between us receiving the email and actioning the cancellation, we will provide a refund.

Golden Paw Club members receive a monthly update via email and it’s very important that you hear our latest news and how your donations support the rescue.

Our ‘Sponsor a Dog’ monthly subscriptions receive a welcome email followed by bi-monthly email pupdates from their sponsor dog.
