We are very flexible with our trials. As long as you live in the Greater Manchester, you don’t plan to leave your pup for long periods of time and you have a secure garden you can give one of our dogs a trial.
We pride ourselves on making perfect matches. We like to know who else is in the home (people and pets) and what kind of energy levels you have. We take into account what size, coat type etc you are looking for and your preferred kind of dog and we can suggest potential matches.
We offer full lifetime backup for peace of mind and encourage people to take the time to make the right choice for all. Get in touch with us using the button at the bottom of this page to arrange an adoption.
Some of our dogs require more attention, a calmer environment or have just been with us a while. If you would like to have a dog without the commitment or expense of keeping them long-term, then fostering from us is a great idea and very beneficial to the dogs. If you can offer any of our longer stayers a foster home, then please get in touch.
Some people foster for weekends, where they can’t have a dog in the week. Others take them for days when they are on holidays. This is enjoyable for the foster parent and it gives dogs the extra TLC they need while they wait for their forever home to come up. We match people with the dog most suited to them for the foster period. Others may foster for us long-term (where the dogs need confidence building etc) and we are grateful for all kinds of foster help. Getting dogs out and about in the community is what can make the difference between them getting a home and not getting a home.
Some of our dogs need experienced handlers as they may have some specific training requirements but many just need a break from here and to give them some extra love. Foster carers reports help us build up a better picture of how each dog will cope in a normal home and so we can best place them for a good match.

Sharing our Facebook page is a massive help to us as it raises awareness about what we do. Facebook, along with our wonderful doggies who have previously been adopted, is our best advert. It also spreads some of the wonderful stories and transformations of our rescue dogs. If you have a spare 30 seconds, click here to like and share our Facebook page.
Help us Fundraise
Anything you can think of to get us some much-needed funds – or sharing our fundraisers would be a great help. The more pennies we raise the more lives we save. It’s as simple as that! You can also take a look at our latest fundraiser here or use the link below if you have any ideas of your own.
