Dogs 4 Rescue is fully committed to compliance with the GDPR and has a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. The GDPR provides the legal framework that defines how personal information can be stored and used.

• Personal information of our lottery players is retained for 6 years in line with the limitation act and contractual obligations. Any personal information coming from other sources on our website such as donations and requests for information will be kept for 6 months after last contact. • Your information will be protected from unauthorised or accidental disclosure.

• Where we are required to disclose or otherwise use your information we will never sell your details or share them with a third party that is not a service provider to Dogs 4 Rescue.
