Last week we welcomed some special visitors up at our Accrington site – our planners and some of their supporting team without whom Rescue World simply wouldn’t be here! Kelly (and Katie who couldn’t be with us) from Euan Kellie Property Solutions, James from Brownfield Solutions, Paul from PG Consulting and Helen from Renaissance Associates have all gone above and beyond for the dogs. The team has shared our commitment to our vision and goals and has had our backs every step of the way – we would never have got the permissions without their specialist knowledge and personal determination. It was months of work and they helped us save pennies everywhere by calling on their contacts, so many of their business associates completed a whole raft of specialist surveys at a much reduced rate.
It was wonderful to show them around and for them to see firsthand what their hard work has helped create. The team spent some time with some of our sanctuary dogs, too – including Theo who helped himself to the doughnuts!
