Zephyr - Dogs 4 Rescue

Zephyr

More about Zephyr

Zephyr is simply stunning. She has the most incredible ears, her silky coat feels like velvet to the touch, and her big, soulful brown button eyes are full of warmth and charm. She’s a real head-turner and has a presence that makes you instantly fall in love.

Zephyr is a sweet, affectionate girl who greets you enthusiastically and loves cuddles, playing with toys, and relaxing – especially curled up underneath a blanket!
She’s been spending time in foster and has settled in beautifully, showing herself to be calm, well-behaved, and toilet trained. She enjoys car rides and walks, and is curious and confident when meeting people.

Zephyr enjoys meeting other dogs when out and about on walks but she can be cautious around some dogs. She has displayed toy guarding when other dogs are nearby, so she would be best suited as the only dog in the home. She has not been tested with cats.

She’s intelligent, playful, and loving, and she thrives when given patience, guidance, and attention from her humans.
She’s happy to settle on her own at home for a couple of hours and could live with older, sensible teenagers.

Zephyr is a wonderful companion with plenty of love to give, and she would make a truly loyal and affectionate addition to the right home.

Adoption fee: £300

About our dogs

Our dogs are microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, flea & wormed and have full travel documents where appropriate. If they are arriving from overseas they will have had all the pre-travel tests as required by DEFRA and are transported through the TRACES system.

We pride ourselves on being honest and open about our dogs, sharing all we know about them including any known behaviour challenges or medical conditions.

Like all responsible rescues we offer Lifetime Rescue Back Up to all the dogs who come through our doors.

One month trial

We want our dogs to be happy in their homes for life, which is why we offer a full one month trial. As they start to relax and their personalities shine through you’ll know if your home life suits and how they get along with any other pets.

If it’s not the right fit, they can come back to rescue and get straight back to playing, and we will try to find you a more suitable match. There aren’t enough homes out there so please don’t give up if your first dog doesn’t work out.
