Raymond is a sweet, calm and sensitive boy who has been steadily growing in confidence during his time with us. He may be shy at first, but once he trusts you, his affectionate and loyal nature really shines through.
Raymond absolutely adores female dogs and would need to live with at least one other canine companion — ideally a steady, confident female who can help show him the ropes and continue guiding his confidence. He’s a real ladies’ man at heart! He has also shown great potential to live with cats.
During his stay with us, Raymond has made great progress. He’s been learning to walk on the lead, and he’s shown very promising signs of being clean indoors with no signs of separation anxiety. With the right support, he has every potential to continue blossoming into a wonderfully settled companion. He’s very curious and likes to explore, he also loves cuddles with his favourite people.
Raymond would be best suited to a calm, understanding home with someone experienced in supporting nervous dogs. He thrives in a gentle environment where he can take things at his own pace.
He’s medium-sized, though he does look larger in photos — don’t be fooled, he’s more compact than he appears!
